Dr. Michelle Bianco, D.V.M. graduated from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 1998. She also has a B.A. in Chemistry from Dartmouth College. Dr. Bianco has practiced in MA since graduation. She opened MSMVC in 2005. Her goal is to offer a unique level of veterinary care by emphasizing compassionate and thorough personal attention to all patients. She believes that this can most easily be achieved when both pets and their families are in comfortable and safe surroundings. (This orientation has been particularly beneficial in approaching behavioral disorders in which examination of the home environment may be as critical as examination of the patient.)
An unexpected benefit that has been realized from in-home veterinary care is smooth and more rapid anesthetic/surgical recovery. She correlates that with a dramatically-reduced pet stess levels when they undergo procedures.
Dr. Bianco continues to consult regularly with regional veterinary referral hospitals and attends continuing education seminars to stay on top of the newest advances in the field.
She shares her home with husband, Rick, and a menagerie of adopted pets - currently an Akita Tikaani, 6 cats and 4 horses who keep her just as busy at home as she is at work!
Jacqueline Marble C.V.T. has been a veterinary technician since 1987. She was certified in 2001.
